HISTORY

The history of ancestor of Protetika, a.s. in Bratislava started since 1923.
At this time manufacturing association ODIP grounded affiliated company in the state orthopedical workroom on the Vajnorska street. The year 1957 set apart Slovakian national concern (plant site) ORTOPEDIA, which was in the year 1960 member of association medical plant site SPOFA Praha.
From 1.January 1962 they changed the brand name from ORTOPEDIA  to PROTETIKA n.p.
National plant site was transformed to State plant site and at the day 1.may 1992 was grounded  “company limited by shares” PROTETIKA, a.s. Bratislava Bojnicka street no. 10.

RECENT EPOCH

We run 22 own medical shops over the all places in Slovak republic by large assortment of medical tools and shoes. The patient whose health state needs individual medical tools, we have 61 measuring places with professional employees.
For improving quality of medical services we built specialized regional centers in BA, BB, PP, MT and Bardejov, where we manufacture individual orthopedical-prosthetic medical tools.
15-th dec. 2006 we gained Certificate of quality management system ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003 for design, manufacture, repair and sell medical and therapeutical tools of class I.
